24 hours notice is required to cancel or transfer a booking otherwise, full payment is required.
Class passes can be used for any class on the timetable and they are valid for 3 months.

For class you will need:
Most important yourself, do wear comfortable clothes that allow non-restrictive movement.
Water - all classes are hot so it is very important to keep hydrated.
Small sips throughout class is advisable.
As you come into the Studio there are cubby holes for you to put your belongings in.
No shoes or phones in the studio please. To ensure a clean and peaceful environment to practise in.
